Good for the pool

My 3 y.o. loves this vest. It gives her arms more freedom of motion than the puddle jumper she used last year. It does float up a little in the water because she is on the thinner side but that didn't seem to bother her. I never felt it would affect her safety because the leg straps are very secure. She loves flamingos so this vest was a win. She was moe confident in her swimming this year.
