I am an invalid that
I am an invalid that must work sitting on the side of my bed. The adjustable height desk on wheels is perfect for my needs. It is roomy enough to put everything I need on it. There is plenty of room for me to move my legs and feet underneath. The added drop down, clamp on keyboard tray is invaluable. This setup is perfect for my needs.

More of a sit OR a stand desk, not both
I was excited for this workstation as it seemed to have what I need and was within my budget. I must have missed the fact that most of the station is metal. The instructions were not great and the video on-line is not for this model. There will be very little if any moving the desk from a standing to a sitting position. There are 2 bolts on each side which need to be removed with an allen wrench and basically takes 3 people to make the change because it is heavy to hold in place to lower or raise. It is nice to work at but not easy to use as an interchangeable sit/stand workstation. If I had purchased it from a store, I would have returned it.
