Best Cookbook I have ever owned!
I can not say enough good things about this cookbook. It isn't just that they recipes are fantastic (because they are) but you know that what you are making for your family is good for them. She has given me so many tips and ideas to help make the everyday routine of feeding my family easier. I have also never made a recipe out of 100 days that my kids haven't helped me on. We all enjoy it!
Our family of six has been eating real food for over a year now! These recipes are easy and delicious! Both of Lisa's cookbooks are a staple in our kitchen! We even gave these books to our extended family for Christmas gifts.

I have been a huge fan of 100 Days of Real Food blog for years now, and was so excited to see she was publishing a book of recipes! I love the philosophy behind her mission: real food. What a simple, yet powerful concept! As a mom, I want to provide my daughter with a well-balanced diet that gives her body the nutrients it needs. Today's American diet is so jam-packed with processed and unhealthy foods, dyes, preservatives, etc. This book is a perfect starting point for anyone who wants to take control of the food they're eating. Lisa provides easy and quick recipes that even the novice chef can create, using wholesome ingredients that are good for you and your family. The recipes are kid and adult friendly, and the book is full of beautiful photographs that accompany the recipes, along with tips to get you started. Even for those who already eat healthy, but want new inspiration, this book is full of great ideas. This recipe book has found a permanent position in my cookbook collection!
