I love kickboxing and this provides an effecient, effective workout for days when I don't always have 30 or more minutes. It also comes in handy when you're on trips where there's no workout room. Jessica Smith uses weighted gloves, but I start with no weights, so as to maintain form. Once I get confortable with the moves, I will add weight. Try it. You won't regret it.

Great for when you're short on time
I love this workout. It helped me shed all my post baby fat in 3 months doing 3 of the workouts 3-4 days a week. Now I am up to 4 workouts 4-5 days a week and have lost an additional 8 pounds in two months on my normal eating schedule. All together I have gone from a size 12 to a size 7 in 5 months thanks to this video. I have tried the carb burner and the rapid pilates and they are good, but I always go back to the knock-out body blast because it is fun, has variety and the instructions are easy to follow.
10 min workout that works
I find this dvd a good way to get a total body workout. I work from home so I pick a workout and do them on my breaks and lunch and I feel like I've had a good workout each time. I would suggest this dvd to my friends and family or anyone with a busy schedule.
I love this tape I have been doing it for a couple months now and still look forward to doing it everyday. She makes it very easy to follow along. Some workouts are pretty easy but others are a little more challenging but after awhile they are easy to master and follow along with. You can definitely feel the burn and see results! I workout everyday for 20 min I do one of these 10min workouts along with another dvd that Im using and I definitely see results! Highly recommend :)
You wouldn't think that 10 minutes could do much for you but this workout will. You'll feel the burn in your lower body while shaping up. If you aren't in great shape, you WILL be breathing heavy and you WILL be drenched in sweat when you're done with one 10 minute session. Some are a little easier than others. If your looking to tone up and lose weight, this DVD will help you do it. I think that you'd have to do more than one session a day. 2-3 sessions/day on 4/5 days per week should do it. Good luck with your tone up and weight loss goals!
