Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet tray and cook according to package directions.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil and the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Stir in the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Use a spoon to break up the beef into small pieces and cook until browned.

Step 4

Spread half of the baked tater tots in a layer on the bottom of a large cast iron skillet. Top with half of the ground beef and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

Step 5

Spread the rest of the tater tots on top, and layer the remaining beef and cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 6

Top with olives, sour cream, pico de gallo, cilantro, jalapenos and radishes.
