Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.Step 2
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, mix together Yellow Onion (1/2) , Green Cabbage (1/2) , Corned Beef Lunch Meat (1/2 can) , Frozen Peas and Carrots (2 cups) , Cream of Celery Soup (1 can) , Milk (1 1/2 cups) , Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp) , Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Dijon Mustard (1/2 Tbsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .Step 4
Pour everything into the casserole dish. Top with Shredded Colby Jack Cheese (2 cups) , then Frozen Tater Tots (3 1/3 cups) . Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is browned.Step 5
Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.Step 6
