Ordering Your Blinds
Shopping for new blinds, but can't find a style you like in the right size for your window? We offer blinds in the colors and styles you see on Walmart.com, custom-made for your windows. Choose a style from our selection, take precise vertical and horizontal measurements of your windows, and give us a call toll-free at 1-866-791-3193 to place an order for custom blinds. One of our representatives will answer any questions you have and take your payment info over the phone.
Try before you buy. For $3.00, we offer sample chips so you can see how your blinds will look and feel before you purchase them. If you decide to order custom blinds, we'll deduct the cost of the sample chip from your total when you purchase.
Custom blinds come with a limited lifetime warranty. We include warranty information in your package, but if you lose it, never fear. We're happy to help if you give us a call at 1-866-791-3193.
Custom blinds are shipped five business days after you place your order (E.g., Blinds ordered on a Monday will ship out the following Monday, provided there are no holidays). Once the blinds are sent out, shipping time depends on the service you chose at the time of purchase. Custom blinds under 82” shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are sent via Parcel Post and require three to four weeks for delivery once they have shipped. What about custom blinds OVER 82” sent to Alaska/Hawaii?
We cannot ship blinds to:
- Addresses outside the United States
- APO/PFO addresses
- P.O. Boxes
Blinds are sent via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified but can be upgraded to FedEx Next-Day Air, 2nd-Day Air, or 3-Day Select for an additional charge. For more information on shipping rates and upgrades, call us toll-free at 1-866-791-3193.
Modify or Cancel
You may change or cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we begin making your custom blinds and cannot make changes. Rush orders go into production immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. To change or cancel, call us toll-free at 1-866-791-3193.
Damages, Defects, and Returns
If we made an error on your custom blinds, or there is a factory error, we will fix it at no charge and ship a replacement (or replacement parts) to you via FedEx Ground.
If you made an error in your order, we cannot issue a return or refund as orders are created based on the customizations you specified. If it has been less than 24 hours since your purchase and it is not a rush order, call us at 1-866-791-3193 to modify or cancel.
Safety Issues for New Blinds
The Window Covering Safety Council urges you to check and childproof all window coverings and window areas in your home. Always keep infants and young children away from the cords of window blinds. It takes only a few seconds for a child to become entangled in the cord, which can lead to strangulation.
