You can set up your return or refund on the website or in the app. Our system knows which items the store needs back and which items you can keep.
- Open Walmart mobile app or website. Tap or click Account
- Find your order and tap or click Have an Item Issue?
- Choose the item and follow the steps on the screen to receive your refund or start the return process
Some items need to be returned to the store. Any Walmart location will help you process your refund.
- Bring your item to the store's customer service desk
- Show the return barcode to the associate (you can print or use your smartphone)
It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to show in your account. If the refund does not arrive, you may need to reach out to your bank.
