We never had to contact the seller. This makes our 9th purchase. HIGHLY recommend any refurbished products from Back Market %26 Cell Traders. They're the only two sellers I can trust for used electronic goods via Walmart.com . Price points ALWAYS phenomenal, just make sure to purchase the quality class you seek (ig-We don't mind a buffed scratch on the back of the phone since it's going in an otter box regardless...Win Win for my wallet).

I am really happy with my phone and the price I paid for it , tho I do wish I'd known there was a problem with most of the pixel 6a batteries before I bought it. There are several ways to get a new battery, from going to a Google store or getting some cash to purchase and replace it yourself. As far as the phone itself, I love it, came in terrific condition with no issues, no scratches. Great price for one of my favorite phones ever ☺️

they missed something with this refurbished phone because I've only had it a few weeks I just turned it on the other day it's been sitting on my dresser and all the sudden at 48% it just shuts off refuses to turn back on and refuses to charge
