Report covers

Use report covers for presentations, papers and reports to keep them protected and give them a professional appearance.

Covers: Covers are the first look at the outside of the finished project. A clear front needs a title or cover page to introduce the report. Plastic covers protect the report from smudges and stains. Use labels to title reports if you choose colored protective covers; title pages aren't visible through most colorful covers.

Bindings: Bindings vary by design to keep the pages secure. These include two- or three-hole fasteners like binders, prong clips for multiple pages, binding bars along the fold for a clean look and zippered plastic bags to seal the report.

Interiors: Pockets inside the folders are convenient for storing extra papers. A double fold inside with clear pockets can hold menus, sales brochures or talking points in a business meeting.
