Conair flat irons

One of the most important considerations when choosing a Conair flat iron is the type of material from which it's made. Titanium flat irons distribute heat evenly but are often too hot for those with finer hair. Tourmaline distributes heat evenly but also locks-in moisture and doesn't get quite as hot as titanium. Ceramic flat irons distribute a lot of heat and are better for those with thick hair.

The size of a Conair flat iron is also important. A flat iron less than 1-inch wide is best for short hair while those that are more than 1-inch wide are for longer hair. Extremely long hair needs an even wider iron since it's more efficient for straightening a lot of hair at once.

You can use a flat iron with a curved edge as a curling iron as well. To create extremely straight hair, opt for a flat iron with straight edges rather than curved.
