I received my Wisk damaged. It was in a plastic bag - double sealed and had been banged around a bit during shipping. As a result, there was quite a mess when I got to the inner bags - detergent all over the bags and bottle. It had actually dissolved away part of the writing on the label.\n\nI contacted customer service and within 2 days, they issued a partial refund for the product. This was at my request, saving me time and the aggravation of having to return this very heavy item.\n\nMy request was reasonable, and their customer service department was exceptional in their response.\n\nIt's not just the prices, but the great customer service that keep me coming back to Walmart! I only wish I had one close enough to shop in person.

Wisk can get out most dirt and stains, including grass stains on baseball uniforms. I always do an extra rinse since this detergent is \"strong\". This was a great price from Walmart.

I cannot stand the strong smell of this detergent \u2013 it\u2019s not a fresh, clean smell, it\u2019s more of a chemical smell or like the detergent has gone bad. And worst of all it stays with the fabric and I even can smell it on clothes and linens after they\u2019ve been dried and put away for while.\n\nIf you don't mind the smell, it's a good detergent: it cleans well and rinses out well.\n\nThe last few loads I washed twice - the second time with plain water - to try to get the scent out. I even put white vinegar in the water, and hung the clothes outside on the line, and the scent still clings. I can even smell it on my hands after handling the clothes to hang them on the line.\n\nI've never used Wisk products before so I don't know if they all smell this way or if it's just this particular formulation. And I'm not going to try any others, it's back to Tide for me.

Not much to write.\nCleans the clothes very well and the price on Walmart.com\nwas great.
