While Dale Robertson doesn't have a monologue like the black and white episodes, the addition of a second person (Jack Ging) allows more variation and the stories are more in-depth. Color adds a lot over b&w. But the name of the main town is \"Glory-Be\" and Dale only wears blue shirts. Perhaps from the B&W episodes and it became \"standard\" attire.
Third writer-director effort of Preston Sturges [from a story by Monckton Hoffe] is laugh entertainment of top proportions with its combo of slick situations, spontaneous dialog and a few slapstick falls tossed in for good measure.
