This set is better then expected. It is hard to buy these sort of things online because you are not quite sure what they will actually be like. The plates are very sturdy. Nothing was chipped or broken on arrival and arrived sooner then expected. I have a cheaper set of dishes and they all wobble, this set does not at all. I am very impressed with the set and would buy it again.

What our shoppers say:
Be mindful of dimensions - description not accurat
We got this set along with an additional set of plates\/bowls\/mugs to replace our old dishes that kept breaking. They are definitely a bright white, which is exactly what we were looking for. We've had them less than 2 weeks, so I can't speak to the durability of them, but others looking for dishes out there need to be aware of the dimensions of the items in the set. When the description says that it comes with \"cups,\" it doesn't mean \"mugs.\" The cups that come with this set are more like cappuccino-sized cups, not regular coffee mugs. Also, the bowls are more along the line of salad bowls, NOT ceral bowls (as the description states). We don't drink much coffee, so the small cups aren't that big of a deal. But we use bowls every day. And these aren't for regular use (i.e., cereal, soup, etc.). So now I have to find a purchase some white bowls for regular every day usage, which is a bit of a hassle (not to mention spending more money). All-in-all, we like the set, but are pretty disappointed about the bowls.
Exactly what I wanted for Thanksgiving. I will use other decorative plates and bowls to dress it up for my table. The price couldnt be beat. Also the dishes dont get scalding hot in the microwave, foods gets hot not the plates! For everyday or Holiday use they are perfect.
I opened this order and was FLOORED by these items! The quality (appearance, weight) far exceeded my expectations! The glazing and smoothness of the finish are obviously of the highest quality in glass\/clay\/porcelain manufacture! LOOK - the price tells you that these are not the \"First\" line items produced by this company - their logo is off-center or skewed on every piece - but if they were (and purchased at regular retail), this set would cost FIVE TIMES AS MUCH!\n\nSince this is the only problem I could find, and to some it actually may BE a \"problem\", '4-stars' in 'appearance\". Otherwise, these porcelain accessories should meet and\/or exceed the expectations of the greater majority of buyers looking for these type pieces to add to their table service. Well done, Walmart Buyers, for obtaining these \"seconds\" for your more frugal customers!
