This video is for a yoga beginner with moderate to high endurance. It is a challenge but a goal to work towards. I felt good yet calm after my workout.
This is hands down the best yoga DVD for the working woman. The AM session is easily tailored to be practiced before work while the evening session is a great way to relax. I have worn out two previous versions of this DVD and am going to buy a couple more copies!
I have not done yoga, but want to see if this helps with some of the aches and pains. It is easy to follow and the poses are easy to figure out. I was actually sore the first time doing it. But it felt great! I need to find the time to start doing it again, it's tough to find time with two toddlers running around. But, it is relaxing and it was worth the money.
I love this dvd and when they say its for beginers it is! they actually have 3 diff ways of starting it and it goes step by step on how to do it! I have tried some other \"beginers\" yoga and it was a horrilbe experience. I feel AMAZING when doing it! I am also overweight and it is really easy for me to do! LOVE IT!! and I have recomend it to family and friends!!
There were so many Pilates dvd's to choose from and I am very happy with my choice. This particular dvd is basic and very easy to follow. The instructions are very easy to follow and listen to. The background is very relaxing and calming. This dvd provides 3 different levels, beginner, intermediate and experienced. You can select one level and only see that person or you can select the combined workout and see all 3 levels at one time so that you can try the next level. So in some of the movements, you will end up doing a beginner's pose, another movement you find yourself able to do the intermediate level or an experienced pose. I am very happy with my purchase as a \"between beginner and intermediate\" pilates type person.
As a senior citizen and someone with a permanent disability this dvd offers a form of exercise that is both beneficial but also very doable for someone with my issues.
I was looking for a video that would make me feel the burn in my hips and thighs. This video is all poses and stretches. It has soothing music and pretty scenery. If that is what you want, then this is a great movie.
