My 8 year old nephew loves this one and did a happy dance when he received it. I was disappointed in value since I was getting a \"deal\" with 2 games for $30. After I ordered it, I discovered this particular game was being sold for $15, which means it wasn't such a great deal after all. Other than that, according to my nephew meter, it is \"the bomb.\"
Awesome game. I can't put it down. The only problem with it is I wanted the regular box and not the greatest hits box. The website shows the regular box. I was disappointed with that, but I got over it quickly. Everything else is great.
I liked Dragon Age Origins, and I liked this sequel too. Similar RPG experience in the Bioware style. Love the lengthy story and character relationships. One change is that your character is predetermined instead of chosen by you, which is a different story-telling technique. I didn't mind that, but it bothered some fans of DAO. There are also fewer locations, and some repetition of dungeon layouts. But those nitpicks aside, it's a very good game and above average for its genre.
This game is more suited for a computer and not the WII. The only movement you make is moving your finger over the one button. You don't even get off the chair!! It is like a movie and you chose what to do next and nothing else. It is a mind game not a regular game. It is so not worth what I paid and finished the whole thing in two days. Wish had left it at Walmart. Don't waste your money!!!!
This is a great game, although the storyline was a bit weird. I love the collectors edition because you have achievements you can try to earn. The puzzles weren't too hard or easy and the hidden object scenes were fairly easy.
My son was asking for this game for weeks! I was finally able to get it for him, and go figure, the store was out! I am happy to say that we went to walmart.com and ordered on-line and had it shipped to the store. He is so pleased to finally have the game. He says he likes it, but wishes that the value of items that you buy would be worth more when you sell them. On the game you don't get that much when you sell them back! LOL, I had to explain how things in real life lose value the minute you buy it! Unfortunately this is the reality of real life. Overall he loves the game!
This game is perfect for our daughter, age 8. We just bought the Monopoly board game for our family and she has really taken to the classic game! This DS version is great for her because it is helping her to learn the ins and outs of the game. She plays it often and is developing her own Monoply strategy that will help her to be a better player and then she can hopefully help me take her Daddy down! ;) Fun times!
