it's a good workout for beginner, means for anyone who never really involve any sorta of fitness training. The whole workout could get slow and boring sometime, but if you stick with it and make sure every move is 100% correctly, you could feel the fat burn. The best thing i like about this video is that the workout is designed in a way to make you feel that Jilian is your personal trainer and right there standing by your side to instruct you throughout the workout. To me, it's a really good workout program just perfectly suit what i need. my friend who's an advanced fitness person says it's a good routine workout program even for intermediate and advanced level.\n\nanother thing i like about this workout is that i don't need too many equipments for it. A chair, 5-lb dumbbells, and a 9x9 room are all i need for completing the program.\n\nreally like this video and highly recommend to beginners just like me. :)\n\nLast note, i lost 3 pounds in 8 days by following this video almost everyday.
This is the second time I have purchased a DVD from walmart one in store and this one on line and neither one worked. Took the one back to store and they didn't want to refund my money even with receipt. Told me I had to get the same DVD not even another one at the same price. Finally they did give me my money back.... well waiting to see if it goes back on card. Queens of Comedy didn't work either realy getting tired of returning products and all the hassell!
