We bought this house for our daughter, when she was 2 - she is now 7 and just this year will be it's last year! It has made it through 3 kids - the stickers are still there - it has sat outside in all the elements for the 5 years we have had it and it has been played with every year! It has been fantastic - and very well worth the money!! My 3, 5 & 7 year old are still playing with it everyday!
It's a nice sized house with fun extras like the phone, doorbell and shutters that open and close. The table is fun for her to eat a snack on or play with pretend food. It's a good size and easy to put together.

Pieces do not align
There was some sort of defect with my unit. The pieces do not fit together properly. Customer Service at Step 2 was ridiculous and most unhelpful. I'm sure once the unit is set up and functional that it will be well used and liked. Until then, we'll just stare at the pieces I guess.
I bought this for my grandson and still chuckling!! My Daughter was excited and had her husband put it together right away. Assy. was quick and easy! Max was soon playing in the sand and water.. My daughter so found out what I already knew. Mix sand, water and Max and you got a mess.. hehehhehe it was fun for both Max and I. My Daughter finial realized he will wash!! Great product!!
I bought this item for my 2 years old. She loves it especially the umbrella! She loves identify colors & shapes. Very sturdy seems like. Super easy to put together & great color combination too. So glad I bought it just in time for some nice sunny weather.

Not Worth It
I will say that kids love to play in water no matter what, but as a parent this product is disapointing. The water slide falls apart all the time and my four year old needs help to put it back together. He is usually good at that kind of stuff, but it has to be on there just right. And then as soon as he puts one of the animals down it, it falls apart again.
This was a gift for our 3 year old granddaughter and it hs many options. This will be great when she has her playdate pals over. There are several activities and toys to choose from and it is the most reasonably priced water table I could find. It is developmentally appropriate - promotes fine and gross motor skills, problem solving, cause and effect exploration and promotes social skills such as sharing, taking turns and cooperating. The best part is she just thinks she's having fun!
At the beginning of February this product was list at $189 so the fact that the same thing is now $249 tells me this company is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I found the same product (just a different color) at Toys R Us for $109.99. When I called to cancel my order (A week before it was supposed to ship) they told me it was no problem. Well, they shipped it anyway and are now attempting to charge me for the shipping. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The are cheating people out of money. Not a good way to run a business.....

Perfect starter sand box for my 2-1\/2yr. grandson. It is big enough for him and ALL his sand box toys to fit in with plenty of room for more friends. I read your reviews before I bought this product and I prepared to take two days to put it up (as I read in a few reviews) Im 56 years old raising my 5 year old grandsosn and divorced for 13 years. I got this home and it took me 1 day to assemble it. The top sides was the only parts I had a tough time with. Im sure it would of been easier with 2 people working on it. My grandson loves it.

I bought this for my Grandson's 3rd Birthday and he absolutely Loves it. There is two of everything and it was awesome fun for his brother & him to play together without fighting. Plus it was delivered to the store much earlier than anticipated.
Wonderful playhouse my son LOVES it he is 4 and 42\" tall so this is perfect for him he can stand with no problem and I love the open design I can see him at all times! Box on pickup is big but not to heavy I could carry it and set up is a breeze! Fit in our large suv without any problem
Assembled by myself in less than 1 hour (small female\/not so handy). This is a replacement playhouse to a cedar cottage that was a nightmare to put to together and then blew away in a windstorm (crashing into a hundred pieces). This playhouse is sturdy and looks very cute. The bench was broken out of the box and the sink\/counter area seems to sag a bit. It's just the height for kids to lean\/sit on. Great value. I never thought I would buy one of these hard plastic playhouses but I really like it way better than our previous and more expensive wood cottage.
Says it is for up to 6 yr olds...my grandchildren are 4 and 5 average height and weight. This thing is way too small...tried it and never played with it again...their combined weight is less than what it says it will hold...nana wasted $50 bucks!
