When I picked up my product from the Wal-Mart in North Carolina where I was able to have it shipped, I actually found it in the store $6.83 cheaper than what the cost was to order online. I was a given a refund at the customer service desk. The associate was surprised that the Internet site did not adjust the price.
I was not able to use this product as the computer I used (the one in the Villa Park, IL store) sent the item to Bentonville AR. I have inquired to have the items redirected or shipped to my mailing address or to my Villa Park store and this request has ben UNSUCCESSFULLY completed by Walmart. Not only am I disappointed that Walmart was not able to accomidate that change but now my 7 year old son is disappointed with Walmart.
I had to reorder a new starter pack because my son damaged the video game. Boy, am I glad I ordered this one! This one has the cord attachment PS3 to portal. Way better than the first ones sold that required batteries.
Gill Grunt and Ninjini were virtually impossible to find in the store. Was very excited to have the opportunity to order as part of a bundle. Two for the same price as a one at a local competitor.
I never recieved my order, it was lost in shipment. I recieved confirmation that my order had been sent but a couple of days after it was due to arrive I recieved notice that it had been lost in shipment and that I would need to go to the store to buy the items which I tried to do. The store didn't have all of the items that I had ordered but I was able to get two of them. I went to\nTarget to get the rest. This was a birthday gift for our grandson so I didn't have time to wait and try to order again.
