This pole broke the very first day it was used. It was not caught on anything but the fish and when my daughter was reeling in the fish the top of the pole snapped right off. We were very dissapointed.
I'm sure it was a good real, the tip was broken off then given to my wife upon pickup. nothing bad about the product. This is about the extremely poor customer service by Walmart. The sales associate gave the reel to my wife with the tip broken off. When I took it back to customer service to see it they could reorder it for me, she told my look in the back by the fishing stuff if we have one it will be there. I asked her to look it up on the computer, she told me she can't I have to look in the back. I asked her to reorder it, she told me she can't I have to do it at home. The pole was for a fishing trip that weekend so I wen't to Meijers and purchased one. Walmart doesn't care about customer service, you can tell by 3 lanes being open and each lane 17 people deep. They don't care if you wait in line for 30 min. If you use Walmart.com you're rolling the dice for a good or usable product.
