I am NOT a fan of the Walmart customer service, and that is what I am basing this review off of. They are VERY SLOW in answering emails, they charge your account for pre-orders (even though they insist it's an authorization hold), then when you cancel the pre-order, they fail to give your money back for a significant amount of time. I had to practically beg them to reimburse me the money they owed me. They rarely provide ANY decent tracking information, so when your package is delayed you have no idea when you are actually going to receive it. Needless to say I WILL NOT BE BUYING ONLINE FROM WALMART IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I will take my business to Amazon instead, who I have a flawless buyer's history with.
