I read a number of reviews on different websites before deciding to purchase the Panasonic Close Curves. I must say that it lives up to status as rated by the majority of others. I do think it works better on dry skin and it's fabulous for touch ups. My hair is thick and dark and grows super fast, so I often need to do a quick touch up in the evening. You do need to use some sort of shave lubricant in the shower, but I use hair conditioner even with my disposable razor and that worked great with the electric shaver too! Best of all, no cuts or razor burn with a dry shave!
