I saw this in 1971 and it's great. I'm irritated that it isn't on DVD. It is very suspenseful and Mia is great in it. I've been checking for many years for it to be released and when I saw that it was streamed, I expected it to be on DVD also. In protest I have been buying 95% of my DVDs online at Best Buy until you release it on DVD at a reasonable price and I buy a lot of DVDs. What's with all your price increases anyway? Are you trying to lose business?
The cast is a museum exhibit on the nigh-extinct art of scaled-in American bit acting, with the magnificent Sylvia Sidney as the daughter of a prominent family brought low, her flashing pridefulness intact, and Tommy Noonan as a peeping poltroon.
