I bought this collander to use as a light cover, not as a collander. I saw the coolest picture of how the holes in the collander shine lights onto the ceiling that I really liked. The paint on the collander is baked on. Since it didn't come in the color I wanted, I'm going to paint it (not sure how the heat from the light bulb will affect the paint I put on but I'll see). If I were to use it as a collander, it seems that it is really sturdy and it looks like it would hold up for a long time as a collander. Except for the color, I give it 5 stars for what I want to use it for.

Athough this small kettle looked great sitting out on my stove it is simply just a piece of junk. I bought it less than 2 months ago and the paint is falling off in chunks. Plumstruck, the manufacturer, will not replace it because it is more than 30 days old. I would never buy anything from them again at any price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Why is it so difficult to find microwave steamer\/ storage dishes in creative colors? This is the main reason why I went for the two set package deal on this site! Six versatile bowls \/ lids for $25, a pretty good deal to me. I have a retro themed kitchen (red, turquoise, and some yellow) so the color choices of this dish set made them even more appealing. Will be using them for one reason or another every day!
