With over 30+ years in raising show dogs, these crates are not the quality I grew up with, but for this day and age, they are nice and not as thin as some. I would not want something heavy to fall onto it, as I am sure it would not survive. It is airline approved and will give your dog protection with plenty of room. You will have to buy good bowls to attach for food and water. They are strong enough to have a 25# dog held securely, and my escape artists have not been able to open the door way yet. Perfect for groomers, you can stack them 2 high with dogs that behave and don't jump around inside while waiting to go home. They are easy to clean and take apart for storage. Great to use to keep your furkid safe when you go shopping or even at night for bed time while training puppies. I have bought different sizes and the quality is the same, all in all, I would recommend to others.
Easy to put up and to take down, great for my dog to grow into. My puppy likes it, I leave the door open and he go's and gets in his bed for himself. Ordered online and had free shipping to the house, listed that it would take up to two weeks to receive. I got it in three days.
We are shipping our dogs overseas and the kennels met our expectations EXCEPT they did not come with attachable food and water bowls. In the description it explained both would come with them and I purchased 2 but neither one came in. When I contacted Walmart, all they told me is \"it must have been a manufacturer error because both of them were missing from the kennels.\" Walmart would not even give me the number to Ruffmaxx so I had to research them online.\n\nA representative did call me back from Ruffmaxx and they are now sending them at no charge to me. Other than this issue, the kennels seem to meet FAA requirements but we have not traveled with them yet so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
