I only bought this phone\/headset combo for my home office because I had the older model that I wore out - twice. The phone design itself is incomprensible - there are rows of buttons that don't seem to do according to how they are labelled and I never was able to flash from one call to another. It has a tiny tiny display that doesn't show caller ID, poorly labelled buttons, but the worst part is that the headset started cutting out after a little use. I had to keep another phone next to it so I could handle calls properly and just used this for the headset, but even that went bad after a couple of months. $100 wasted.
