I have bought this model phone for several years. For some reason they have changed it completely and it is very unsatisfactory. The Display does not function property; the commands on the phone are unreadable; it is very difficult to program because the buttons are written in a font so small I cannot see what I am pushing. Compared to previous phones I give this the lowest rating possible and am in the process of returning it t the store. I did order it online. I have spoke with the RCA technical support and he walked me through a couple of things but was unsuccessful and he told me to return it to the store.

This is an excellent landline phone either on desk or on the wall. I used it for both and bought two. It is great next to my computer allowing me to talk with the speaker phone while using 2 hands on the keyboard. It is also great with the handset. It can be set to automatically amplify if your hearing is a little challenged. Nice screen with caller ID. Basic but just what is needed. I have 2 and highly recommend them.

I am returnng this phone becauss the speaker volume is low and I have set it on the highest level of 5.

Nice phone cord but I ended up not needing it because the phone wasn't white like it said in the description it's black and chome,so I sent it back.

This item should be available in the store...also the pick up counter should open with the store...I had to come back again later to get it...a pain in the neck

While the phone offered some nice features, there are a couple items that would prevent me from recommending it to anyone.\n\n* Bluetooth Functionality is VERY finicky...and seems to only pair when \"it feels like it\". Was paired with my cell phone for the last two weeks,but for the last week it won't pair back up (will return the phone if I can't work this out in the next day or so, as it was a primary feature\/reason for the purchase)\n\n* Button on the phone are \"cheap\" for lack of a better way to describe it. You have to dial all numbers slowly or it doesn't register them\n\n* In the last week I had people (people that I've spoke to since purchasing the phone) begin to tell me that the sound quality of my speaker calls has become poor...even if I pickup the handset. These same people praised the quality a few weeks ago.

I didn't like the fact that when a call came in, it was difficult to read the number of the incoming call as it didn't light up, rendering the caller ID useless.
