Lesson learned
Since I saw this item I wanted to have it for my cats, I thought they will have time of their life in it. Unfortunately it took way more than 20 minutes to put it together. Manual is bit complicated, instead of placing all steps on one picture could have explained the steps in different pictures . After I spent the big bucks and waste a lot of time to put it together my cats won't put a paw in it. I even placed them in myself but they didn't like it, especially hammocks. I guess they don't feel that it is secure :( .
