I had high expectations for this game, but i was very disappointed. The instructor is a \"real\" person, but is extremely small, i cannot see what she is doing. The better you do, the more dancers come and crowd the screen, and the flashy background is not only annoying and distracting, but makes the tiny instructor more difficult to see. The font and main menu on this game are also tiny and it takes a very long time to load between the songs. I own the other three Zumba fitness games for wii and although the instructors on Zumba 2 and Zumba core are animated, you can see what they are doing far more clearly and they are much bigger.
I was extremely disappointed with this product. As others have mentioned, it does a very poor job recognizing your movements. If I don't see the movements nor receive credit, what's the point of this program? It also freezes and becomes totally useless. It's a good thing I purchased this highly discounted. Not worth the time. I was disappointed Jillian would put her name on something so useless!!
Not only is this a fun game.. I actually purchased it for another purpose. My husband had a stroke about 9 months ago and has been having physical therapy. At this time he and I are the only ones doing his therapy. I saw on webmd.com website that this game was recommended for arm\/shoulder therapy because of the action of stirring, chopping, etc... It has really helped him and improved the range he has in his arm.
I bought this for my 3 year who loves the Chipmunks & Chipettes for Christmas. I think i enjoy playing this more than she does. It is so much fun and great for exercise. I would indeed recommend this to my friends and family
