I purchased this to replace my little, basic, LG candy bar phone so I could connect to the Bluetooth hands free in my car as well as the camera (which actually takes decent shots in good light, noisy in low light, and has full manual settings for white balance, metering mode, quality and scenes). However, I am constantly missing calls either because the phone doesn't ring at all but tells me I missed a call a couple hours later...weird, or I don't hear the ringer unless in a fairly quite setting. Reception is not nearly as good as my free candy bar phone (which I have own for five years now and as a phone it functions outstanding; very loud ring, outstanding reception, perfect sound quality, just as good as a landline, and very easy to use for calls and basic texting#. I gave up on after one month and reactivated my trusty lg basic candy bar until I get this sorted out. I am going to exchange it for another as it certainly could be isolated being that its a refurb. If that fails, I will start looking again for a very compact, simple, thin and full featured unit. I will update this after trying the replacement unit, however, I have reservations about an improvement in the ring volume issue #yes, I have tried every tone). It is hard to be constructive at this price point, however, its most important \"feature\" is make and receive calls...it fails miserably.
I added the pin I received thru email and is was short changed 400 minutes and they did not add any days to the phone either. After speaking directly with NET 10 they were able to add the correct amount onto my phone, glad I paid attention though.
We purchased this phone believing that it was a \"normal\" phone that we could actually use. Turns out it cannot be used with our Verizon account. Period. I hope I can return it (?) and I am probably out the shipping cost. I cannot believe that it was not made clear for such a costly item that this phone will only work on very select networks.
Bought this to refill mins before trip. On trip put in code and kept saying system down. When it finally went through received 90 days service and only 200mins. No other phone available, tried to get mins by calling net 10. Burned through the mins I had just to find out they could not help me on that phone would have to call from another. Low on mins for trip, on trip net 10 did see the problem with not all of the mins going through, however could not help. When I got home, net 10 took several tries and finally received mins. This will be the last time that I buy mins on line from Walmart, when I put in na email about problem, no response.
Order status states I should have received my phone card PIN by email on 11\/22nd. Today is 11\/24th. Still no PIN. E-deliverygroup website doesn't even recognize the order#. This is not the 1st time issue. It happened to me at least 5 times. I am tired of giving Walmart E-delivery Service any chances. Its easier to refill through the phone company.
Four days my husband spent trying get my android phone to work only to be told that this phone Net 10 works off ATT. Towers and this is sprint phone. Why is it not in description? So my birthday present was worthless as a phone. I am sick and we changed over leaving me without phone. I have to purchase a phone today because my medical team call every day and I am on call counselor and chaplin. I am critically ill. I recommend it only to places with sprint towers a big city like Dallas. If looking for fancy phone choose not net 10 sprint phone. It is great tablet but not phone.

SOMETIMES WHEN I TEXT I CANNOT RECEIVE ANY BACK BECAUSE THE PHONE TELLS ME THAT MY INBOX IS FULL WHEN I HAVE NO MESSAGES AT ALL IN THE INBOX. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYBODY EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. I AM TAKING IT BACK TO THE STORE WITH MY 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND RECEIPT AND REFUSE TO PURCHASE THE SAME PHONE.
i bought a phone off the net10 store website, didnt realize it needed a sim card because the website never stated such, ordered this card and tried to activate them, only to be told this card will not work in my phone! such a waste of time and money! theres nothing listed as to what phones this card will work in, and with both the card and the phone being from net10, should work together, but does not! would check to make sure they are compatible before buying and dealing with the customer service aspect to be told in 3-5 days you will get a replacement sim...
ok first off let me start by saying that any smartphone on net10 is not unlimited, they will cut your data connection off by streaming anything over the mobile network ie, youtube, pandora, anything like that. when i say cut off i mean they actually cut it off like you will have no data connection what so ever! they expect you to do everything but call and txt over wifi. anyways i have the logic and for a basic android phone it is pretty decent and uses at&t's network. i just hope you like doing everything over wifi.
I hate this phone. Difficult to use. When you finally get to the name you want sometimes it will let you click on it but most of the time you can press and press and nothing happens. You have to start over again. When I try to scroll it doesn't matter how gentle I am it goes past it or clicks on another name sometimes calling them. Big mistake for me. Can't wait to get rid of it.
Not what expected. The information of this product claim one price for minutes and data but the phone is purchase the charge for minutes and data is higher than the price quota. A ripoff. Disappointed! !!!
This phone works great haven't had any trouble with the wifi or 3g data. It does blackout at times when using the internet every now and then .I had to put that out there. Have worked every where I traveled. It is on the verizon network which is a plus for me yay. I have alot of apps installed and calling and texting features works good. If you looking for a mid entry cheap android phone this is the one. The net 10 customer service is a whole another story lol. I had to call once to get my call waiting feature working and they got me straighten out,but they fleunt in english. But the phone itself I am happy with. The 50 dollar unlimited card is great with all the features and apps you will receive. I am happy with my phone.
Unless all you want to do on this phone is browse the internet and make calls, you're going to be disappointed with this phone. You can't install more than a few apps before you run out of space. No storage for text messages or contacts. There's all this extra storage on the card, but most standard apps can't be stored there. I paid way too much for this phone I can't even really use.
