Shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Set up was fairly quick and easy, no tools needed. The cage is not very sturdy at all (thin gauge wire). You can't stack or place much on top of it. The latch on the door is not very sturdy and will almost assuredly break sooner rather that later. I don't like the way the wire floor bottom sits on the frame of the cage. The L-shaped ends of the wire floor stick down and obstruct the in and out motion of the catch pan knocking the contents of the pan off and over the back of the pan.

This is the second Triple-Door dog crate I have purchased via Walmart. My Standard Poodles love their crates. When we go visit family, they fold up easily and fit on top of our Town & Country van without any problems. With the third row of seats folded down I was able to fit the 42x28\" crate and a medium (Beagle sized) crate in the back of the van. This is how I drove out of state to pick up my new pup while taking the adult Poodle along with me. At home the 42X26\" crate does take up a bit of space in the house. During the summer we keep the crates in the basement so that the dogs remain cool enough whenever we are away for a few hours. Now, in the winter, the crates are up in the living room. The dogs are very comfortable and content in their own personal homes. We cover the crates with a blanket to assist in keeping the dogs calm when we are away. The only problem I have experienced is that I broke off one of the clips by bending it too far backwards while trying to unfold the crate directly from the shipping box. I use a cable tie to hold the pieces snug and the crate's function is retained just fine. I love these crates. The triple-door option gives me more options in locating the crate in the house. Regardless what side is against the wall or in a corner, there is still a usable door. The doors can be easily removed if you want your dog to have free in\/out access to his crate. Love it and recommended to friends. Donated the smaller crates (Beagle and Jack Russell Terrier both passed away) to our nearest AARF Dog rescue.

I received a used (re-taped box) and broken item - this was supposedly shipped directly from the manufacturer. I find it unlikely that this company is shipping used damage products straight from the warehouse. Either way I won't be ordering this again, nor trusting Walmart online.
