You can feel Cameron's anger and his passion every time a Na'vi roars. The most exhilarating moments are those when you can feel the director urging his actors to let go completely, to become furious, and to unleash hell.
A great sci-fi movie that young and old can can get absorbed in... the young with all the beautiful special effects and the older guys the same, plus a little Fascination with the \"Blue girl\" hehehehehe... All in all its a great flick, one I had to add to my collection...
Everything you want from this movie is here from HOURS of bonus content to 3 different versions of the movie even a way to remove the profanity for young viewers. All thats missing is 3D but that doesn't really matter.
I purchased this version in order to try my new 3D system. I already had the standard DVD version. The 3D was exciting to watch, but there were no extra features included. The standard DVD included much more, including a really interesting feature on how the movie was made. Fascinating! But if all you want is the movie, this is OK, but available elsewhere at a lower cost.
The latest film is extremely noisy, features some fine stunt driving, particularly in its opening sequence, but it's dramatically a bit of a dribbler. I'm still trying to figure out the relationship between the opening of the film and the ending.
If the talk had been surgically removed, leaving only the sights and sounds of combat, this could have been a striking, semiabstract display of aggressive energy; as it is, any viewer over twelve will go for the laughs.
*I had to wash the DVD with toothpaste and warm water to get it to play correctly. Even though it was brand new, Right out of the box. I don't know if that's Walmarts fault, or not. Purchased it quickly and received it right on time.\n**As for the movie itself- Interesting movie, good acting, especially by Michelle Rodriguez and Danny Glover. I enjoyed it.
