This is the first time I tried this makeup. This will be the last. For some unknown reason, they make the bottom part of the compact that holds your applicator pad with holes clear through it! Um, thanks a lot, now the makeup can smash all over & fall right out of the holes and all over my purse, sink, hand, clothing, etc. Ridiculous! There can be no good review if a protect isn't even contained within itself. What a complete waste of money. Shipping was horrible as it came to me bashed up, the makeup \"cake\" was in chunks & powder was all over the other items that came in the box.
At first when i applied it made my skin look really flawless and matte. but honestly after like an hour my skin became oily again. AND it was cold so i mean there was no excuse to be honest. i usually like stuff when other people don't, and i like giving things a chance but honestly this product worked really poorly. i dont think it controlled my oil at all and it doesn't last long either. comes off really easily too. you can even test it on you finger the stuff does not stay on or last long.
I always use this makeup so finding such a great price was great. The problem I had was that my order was apparently thrown in a large, unpadded envelope. When it arrived one of the compacts was broken from tumbling around in shipping.\nI probably won't order this product on line from Walmart again just because of the lack of care in packaging the shipment.
I was a little hesitant when I ordered this product online but once I got it and started using it it worked great!! It gives you a natural look so what's there not to love. I would recommend it cause you really get your money's worth!
I've had this powder for god knows how long, and I seriously cannot tell you HOW MUCH I LOVE IT!!!\n\nIt's perfect (UNDERLINE PERFECT LIKE 100 TIMES) for any time of day, and it doesn't look too overwhelming with any kind of makeup routine.\n\nPlus, it's so compact with a little mirror and pad inside so you can put it on your face for a very matte complexion whenever you want\/need it.\n:)
I love how lightly this goes on and how easy it is to apply. It lasts all day without touch-ups (I do use the powder to set my makeup). I found the double compact a little awkward, but I'm getting used to it.\n\nWhat surprised me was how much lighter this makeup feels - much lighter than the liquid foundation. If I'd known, I would have used it long before now!
I got this probably a week or two ago, mainly because I wanted a good powder and I read a lot of good reviews. It was just...okay, nothing very special. I prefer and recommend the Mabelline face powder. It doesn't hide my slight blemishes very well. And it is hard to use with any type of fluffy brush (which I like using on my face most) my skin is a combination skin, my forehead and nose are oily, but my cheeks and chin aren't. So, pros:it stays on for a long time has a handy mirror, lightweight\ncons-doesn't hide small or faint blemishes or wrinkles, hard to use with a face brush (in otherwards it's a very solid powder, hard to loosen up). I will not be purchasing this item again.
This compact powder gives translucent coverage that evens skin tones and covers pores and minor blemishes while leaving your skin looking natural and fresh, even in sunlight. It does not crease, or cake and in my experience, will last without a reapplication through an evening. I prefer using it without a base makeup underneath. The only disappointment is that the compact has 1\/2 of a mirror in the case, making it difficult to check your makeup in public without contorting your face and twisting the tiny mirror around your head; it looks like you're trying to use a secret code to signal someone.
