Avatar: The Last Airbender. Had been when of the best cartoon series out there in a long time where both kids and adults can really enjoy. I only wished it could have been a longer series then just the 3 books.
Superb animation and sound - blu-ray. Children and adults will enjoy the music and plot. Bell continues her curiosity. Great scenes and design. All who enjoy simple stories for children will love this offering.
While I love Tinkerbell and my daughter adores everything about her, I was disappointed in the story line of this movie. The first thing that struck me was that after breaking a prescious object, the lesson was not to take responsibility for something done, but to hide it until the last possible moment. This is not the lesson I want my daughter to learn and after watching the movie with her, we talked about the right way to handle the situation. Of course in the fictional world of Disney, everything always turns out perfect in the end, but that rarely happens in real life. I don't expect the movies my children watch to mirror real life, but with movies that are directed toward small children, I think lessons of responsibility and honesty are more important than environmentalism. I wish Disney would have taken this movie in a different direction where TinkerBell asked for help from her friends and they all found a way to fix the problem instead of her hiding the truth and basically lying to everyone.
While most films about teenage life tend to trade on a nifty hook, and sometimes even a plot, The Perks of Being a Wallflower chimes in as an unusually incisive, character-driven ramble through the inevitable awkwardness of teen life.
The movie pulls you into an adventure on your own tv. It is an excellent way to bring a family together. Everyone should love this movie in my opinion. Ejoy it when you watch it and it will give you happiness.
Our grandaughter (5), our daughter (30's) and I (60's) all watched this movie and loved it.\nNot too long, lovely story, quite interesting, and beautifully done. The winter scenes were so pristine and pleasing.\nI highly recommend this for any little girl (or boy)
My daughter is obsessed with Tinkerbell, we bought her this movie and she loves it. She would watch it every day if there was enough time. I would highly recommend this movie for all little girls who like Tinkerbell!
