I was a little hesitate to purchase this however the only 'bad' reviews were that assembly was lengthy. It does not have pilot holes so you have to make them yourself. Now you know this saving you time. It probably only added 10 seconds for each one we needed to drill. Not really a big deal. Always the roof has been updated for easier assembly. My husband and I waited until nap time to put this together (not that we don't love our little helper but... Ya know) we almost had it finished by the time he woke up, about 90 minutes to put it together. It's pretty sturdy. The roof is thin but children shouldn't be on it anyway. My son(2 years old) loves it and calls I his little house.
Recently bought this for our 11 month old grandson. Extremely easy to assemble and is hanging in our covered solarium from the wooden beams. The height behind his head gives good support and the lap belt and protection bar in front of him keeps him secure. He loves to spend time swinging. A good buy.
I got this for my niece who just turned 2. She is very tall for her age so we worried about if she would be too big for it, but it seems to satisfy her just fine. Putting together was very simple as far as instructions go. Getting each piece in it's slot proved a little challenging but it was ok. The only thing none of us can figure out is how to put it down when not in use. Other than that is sturdy and fun for the kiddies!
had to reorder the toy because this package came in damaged so now have to wait another two to three weeks to get the gift. your warehouse folk need to take better care of packages so they don't get damaged before a customer gets them out of the store. box was ripped open and toy was exposed. had to do a refund and reorder. hope this time it isn't damaged.

great toy for toddlers
I bought this a few weeks ago for my sons 2nd birthday and he loves it, he plays with it everyday. All the reviews said it WS very difficult to assemble but I did it by myself in two hours I think if you had some help it wouldn't be to hard. Only wish it could be a bit bigger so my son could use it longer but for now it's great
We have had this playhouse for a year now. It was a Christmas gift last year for my 4 and 1 year old boys. It is very heavy and has held up well in the South Florida heat\/rain. Little Tikes does great in this area. :)\nMy oldest son enjoyed racing cars on the small ramps until he opened the side and the ramp cracked. It would have been nice if they constructed the ramp to fold up somehow when moving the side opening. Speaking of side openings, our end that connects to the playhouse eventually was taken off. It was a pain every time they wanted to move the playhouse or open the door. It just seemed to drag along with the house. Customer service for little tikes was great and they sent a replacement ramp for the broken one since it happened 2 days after opening it. The top ramp is a very flimsy plastic and the cars fly off and don't go down it properly. My son was very disappointed that he could never get a car to go down it and make it to the end of the very long ramp. Trust me, he tried everything. The elevator works well and they like moving the cars up and down. It comes with a basket that holds a bunch of cars. :)\nMy youngest just likes to open and close the door and still does it to this day. He has never crawled through the tire opening. It is very small and I think he is afraid to go through it. He likes to play with the gas pump and fill his cozy coupe. The \"traffic lights\" are just stickers. They do not blink and change colors like advertised.\nOverall, there are some things that can be improved but the structure has held up well and my boys have found other ways to play with it. I just wish the ramps and other features worked better and they could enjoy it the way it was meant to be.\nHope I was able to help. I know how hard it is to decide on a big purchase for your kids.... best of luck finding something fun! :)
