I have always liked this product, because it helps keep harmful bacteria out of your mouth and freshens your breath instantly. Feels good! But I didn't know until recently , a SPECIAL bomus this mouthwash offers. I got a fungus from a pedicure shop...I discovered when I took my polish off, that underneath, I had a raging white-spotted fungus going on. To my horror, my podiatrist told me that I also had a staph infection in my toe...I had surgery for that, was on crutches, and was told the FUNGUS part of it would take about a year to go away completely, no matter what I put on it. So? I got TWO gifts from that pedicure shop...an infection that required several rounds of antibiotics and surgeries, and a raging fungus!! I was given an ointment to apply, which would minimize the spots. Supposedly, but it didn't. And then......a miracle!! A hairdresser told me the secret about fungus removal that was sweeping the beauty shops and the internet. FORGET all the topical stuff that doesn't work...pour a bottle of Listerine BLUE mouthwash in a shallow pan and soak your feet! One time did it...the fungus totally went away within 3 days! AMAZING stuff...killed the bacteria\/fungus instantly!!! YIPPEE! Back to my pretty flip-flop collection!\nThis is NOT an ad...this is an honest testimonial from a very real person!!
I have not been able to use Listerine as it is way too strong for me, but I like the antiseptic qualities and fresh breath that it offers. When I saw this I had to give it a try. At first the Vanilla flavor had an artificial sweet taste, but after a couple of days, I got used to it. It is definitely not as strong as regular Listerine. You can still feel the burn, but not as much. And your breath feels fresh afterwards. I think I notice a little staining as with Crest Complete... so I may just stick with ACT flouride rinse and use this occasionally.
