Lang had the best quality puzzles...
My favorite brand of puzzles was always Lang. This one is defective. I couldn't even finish it. The pieces were warped, it wouldn't go together and lay flat. It was so difficult to keep the pieces together that I had to stop. I don't know if I will buy another from Lang for fear of this happening again.

I love putting jigsaw puzzles together. I love the quality of the puzzle I recently put together. But, I was so disappointed that there was one piece missing. I knew it before I completed the puzzle. To pay over $10.00 for a puzzle to have a piece missing is quite frustrating. I don't want another of the same puzzle, but, it would be nice to be compensated. Another puzzle of same quality or a refund would be great. Thank you for your concern in this matter.
