It's everything it says it is. This has a choice of heat settings so you don't fry your hair if it's delicate and soft like mine.\n\nI love that I don't have to have perfectly FLAT or straight hair if I don't want that. If you lift your hair straight off the scalp, and place the flat iron close to the roots then bend it in a tight or gentle arc you get lift at the root, and body in the hair.\n\nI also own an InStyler (pricey on QVC); it doesn't compare with this KISS.\n\nLove it . . . don't be afraid to order it; it's a great price, which makes it a great value.
I bought this product for my 13 year old daughter, she has 3c hair which is thick, frizzy because she wears it natural. I thought it would be good to purchase this to make touching up her edges easier! HA! WHAT A JOKE! I ran the comb in her hair, and it didn't look like anything. No steam came from the barrel or anything. I still had to use the flat iron to get the edges extremely straight. I bought this item from a beauty store, that do not refund. So I went through Red Kiss! WARNING! They do not honor their product, I was told they would not refund me my money. Purchase this item at your own risk, but know this. You are wasting your money. The only relief you will get is knowing Walmart will honor the return!

What our shoppers say:
Innovative product but little difficult to use
I got this product thinking that it will be convenient to have a dryer and the styling comb in one place, but I was little disappointed. Firstly it was huge and bulky and not very easy to use. Secondly your hands get tired after holding for some time. The product was designed well but it was not helpful to us. I wish it was light weight.
I got this flat iron for my daughter and she hates it. The thing barley got hot and did nothing with her hair. We literally got it and returned it a couple days later. We only kept it for a couple more days to see if it would get better but it didn't. Not worth even $20.
This a useful mini iron that works well to straighten my routes without burning my scalp. as another reviewer stated,,\nThe iron plates have a small gap which means you have to apply more pressurre to close the iron together.nooo big deal. Glad I found this item.similar one are 20. This little thing gets very hot!
