This is an adorable, durable kitchen set. The play kitchen is sleek and best of all, not plastic! I searched and searched for an affordable, wooden kitchen set and this one caught my eye. My only word of warning to future buyers is the time it takes to put this set together. Admittedly, once the set is fully assembled, you will not be disappointed, it is so cute!!!
I bought this for my 14 mos old daughter for an early Christmas present. People told me I should wait until she's a little older to buy a play kitchen, but I decided to buy now, so she can get more use out of it. I'm glad I did. It's a lot of fun for us to play together. It's a little big for her, so she can't comfortably reach to play with the counter and stove top yet, but she has fun opening and closing the refrigerator, oven, and a front load laundry washing machine. It's fun teaching her to put things in and out of them.\nAs far as assembly, it is a little time consuming. It took my husband and I about 5 - 6 hours to complete. We literally had to build the kitchen ourselves, as it comes in a flat box with the wood boards, and all the parts you need to put it together, including little tools, screws, and bolts. The only thing you'll need is a standard screw driver. As long as you go slowly, and follow the manual, it's not difficult at all. Just be prepared to give yourself a few hours.\nAll the parts arrived undamaged, but just in case you need a replacement, the customer service is excellent about replacing missing or damaged parts. There was only one screw missing from our box, and customer service sent it quickly, hassle free.\nI also bought the play food set and a plastic cookware set separately. This kitchen comes with a stainless steel pot, pan, ladle, and spatula, but I thought a 14 mos old would be too young for stainless steel toys. So we'll save them for when she's a little older.\nThe color combination is also pretty and classy. I like the pastel pink feminine detail with the classic white, and modern silver for the look of stainless steel appliances.\nThe only drawback is that the buttons on the microwave and washing machine as well as the water dispenser on the refrigerator are painted on. It would be nicer to have real buttons to push. But for the value, this kitchen has it all.\nThis kitchen is high quality, because the wood is thick and sturdy. It will last for many years of play for multiple children. It's big enough for 2 toddlers or small children to play together at the same time. (one at the stove top or laundry washing machine, the other at the microwave\/refrigerator\/countertop) I like that this kitchen is more spacious than other play kitchens, because it can get more years of use as the child grows.\nIt's priced well at Walmart, as I've checked around, and the same kitchen is a lot more expensive at competitor websites and stores. There's plenty of space to store accessories too compared to other kitchens.

Bought this kitchen for my daughter for Christmas. Took a while to put together but overall very easy to assemble. The kitchen is on the smaller side but I think it will work great for my 1 1\/2 year old. Seems to be very sturdy and love the color.

What our shoppers say:
Very pretty kitchen
Very nice set but a little difficult to put together. Took three hours cause would not go together. Husband very adept with tools and was not happy how difficult it was.
This brand is cheep and garbage. You expect it not to be scratched and dinged when you get it home and start putting it together. It took me three continues hours to out together. That is stupid. There are so many dings and scratches. When I called walmart and asked then they said \"well what do you want us to do\" I said fix the problem. They told me no they can since u opened it and started to put it together. So now I'm stuck with a garbage kitchen that was way to over priced. DO NOT BUY!!!
I did not expect to receive so many pieces to put together!!! I wouldn't order this one unless you like puzzles and big projects. It's cute once it is all set-up, but WOW! Also, it was a lot smaller than I expected.. not sure how long it will be usable.
I bought this for my 2 1\/2 year old and she absolutely loves it! Once me and my husband set it up, it was everything I expected! The pieces are very durable and the color looks vibrant and fresh! The only thing I'm not crazy about is its a little unstable when you pull open the doors; since, it sits on the pegs.My little one opened the microwave door and it came down on her. It scared her more than anything. I think if we had it on hard floors it wouldn't have that problem but it sits on carpet. She has learned now to hold the side while she opens a door. I would definitely recommend having it against a wall for stability. Oh, and there are a ton of pieces so give yourself time to put it together. Other than that its a very nice kitchen.
