What our shoppers say:
Customer Service is so importnat in todays world??
I purchased a bike online and requested to pick up at my local store. I received an email that it was ready so I headed over to the store with my 7 month old son. The bike was NOT ready. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to put it together. Once it was put together the lady who was checking us out said that the screws were too tight and wanted someone to look at it. I told her I would be back in 15 minutes and was told the bike would be fixed. I came back in 20 and the girl looked at me and said oh my god! I forgot about you. We have not done fixed the bike and I never asked anyone to fix it. I have been at the store now for over and hour and had to head home to pick up my kids from school. I told her I would take the bike and fix it myself could someone please help me to my car. She said sure. 20 minutes later, no one showed up. I will never shop at Walmart again. too. bad.. because I had spend about $500 a month at my local Walmart.
Fun for 2 riders&only 1 if no passengers available
We love the bike...it is lightweight and a breeze to ride whether there are two riders or if you just want to ride when no one else is available. Great fun....beautiful bike!! Wal-Mart assembled it so it was ready to go that night!! Takes a little practice for new riders to learn to synchronize the pedals as with all tandems and then you are on your way to tour your surroundings on the nearby bike paths.
I bought this bike to replace the one I had that was a 24\", and too small for me. We picked it up at our local Walmart. The bike was packed very well, but the inner tube in one of the tires had a whole in it. Instead of going through the hassel of returning it to Walmart, we just purchase a new inner tube and it is fine. The bike is very nicely decorated and the fact that $10 goes to the Susan G. Komen foundation is a plus. The seat is very comfortable and does not squeek, like my last bike. The ride is very smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend this bike to anyone who has longer legs and needs a little bit bigger bike.
I recently purchased this bike for my 5 year old son for Christmas. It's very sturdy and was super easy to put together. We chose this bike because it had great reviews and it was just a plain colored bike with no character stickers\/decals. I was a little worried it would be cheaply made because of the price but it's very well made and seems very durable.
I never received my daughters bike that I ordered, a week later and I'm still waiting on my refund.. This bike should have been a Christmas gift, but I think I'll get one from Target vs. re-ordering from Walmart. It took 3 calls to the 1 800 # just to get someone to talk to me without a 20 min wait time. Not a happy customer right now.
We are very pleased with this bike. If you're planning on riding long distances, you may find yourself investing in more comfortable bike seats, however, these are gel seats and my be fine for some seasoned bikers.
This bike just looks cool! My 5 year old went crazy when he saw it.\nThe Red line tires the cool paint. Great looking bike.\nI got the bike fully assembled from Walmart.\nThe decals on it were put on rather messy.\nAnd it was really dusty and some of the bare metal parts\nhad some lite surface rust. Nothing a detail rag and some detail spray couldnt fix.\nIm sure its from sitting in there warehouse.\nOverall, really cool bike. My son loved it.\nLooks like its really well made. So im sure it will last him a long time.\nAtleast untill he outgrows it.
Delivery was much faster than the estimate on the Order Confirmation. The adjustment of the handlebars required a size of Allen key that I did not have. This interupted the assembly for a day while I obtained the proper sized key. The assembly would have gone much more smoothly if the manufacturer had included the three different sized Allen keys required as part of the package.
I visited the local Walmart and the 2 bikes had dings on the handle bars so I decided in order to get one in good condition I needed to order one and have it delivered to my house. After several weeks of arrival my husband put it together a couple of weeks before Christmas. After he put it together and took the plastic off the parts there were 3 VERY large and noticeable dings were the paint is totally removed and you can see down to the metal of the frame on the handle bars in the same place as the ones at the store and under the seat. How does this happen to a brand new bike. I am so over the top upset. I went back to our Walmart and 2 different bikes are scratched up again - the manager cannot guarantee that he can get in a bike without damage. How can this vendor be shipping bikes that are damaged if it is not all happening at the Walmart store? I'm over Walmart. I'm one to look for the best price, but when you can't even get what you pay for I am sick over it.
