Jillian is awesome. To the point, truthful, and effective. I have done her workouts for over a year - and have seen great results. When I saw this book, I had to have it. I wish I had seen it years ago, as my body did a 360 about 4 years ago and I couldn't figure out why (nor could any doctor - and trust me, I've had my fill of doctors over the years). I just finished reading the book, I'm just beginning to implement her recommendations, and already can tell difference in the way I feel. I've always been skeptical about organic vs. non-organic and so on, but now I'm convinced we as a society need to take a step back in time and give our bodies what they were designed to have, not what the food companies create for us to have. I could go on... but don't listen to me, read the book, get the facts, and change your life. I'm hopeful that her advice will work. Her workout routines do, so I am very confident - and excited.
Easy to read and easy to follow diet, health and fitness plan. Recipes in this book are delicious and easy. Comes with Grocery shopping list. The excercises are easy to follow and work your body.
I have been using Jillian's Shred and Shape up Max Front and Backside for just over a month and have lost 3.5" in my waist and 3" in my hips! I simply did the workouts and watched what I was eating. I even splurge every now and again with something sweet, fried and tasty! You can get your body back with Jillian! I am not a rep, just a believer! I have tried Lots of products, this works!
This is a great workout, especially for a beginner like myself. I started it about a week ago. It has my heart rate up burning calories. I started eating healthier & doing this dvd 5x a weel and I can see a difference already!!! I didnt get my dvd from walmart I got it from amazon.com for a few dollars cheaper lol
I have owned this dvd for about 2 months now, and it is my favorite workout. I can definitely tell that my arms are becoming more toned. The workout has 2 levels: Level 1 and Level 2. I have not gotten that far in my fitness journey to begin Level 2, but I do enjoy Level 1 very much. It is 25 minutes long. I use a 10 lb. Danskin kettlebell with this workout.
