Snappy script, sharp editing, eerily perfect soundtrack and nuanced performances. One of the first films to articulate the psychological power and draw of the internet: what it feeds us and why we feed on it
Now this isn't the most violent film I've ever seen, but it is certainly one of the only films in which the infliction of violence (gut-churning violence) brings people together. And to that I say ... finally!
The movie was funny;however, There was too much use of the M.F word. A small or moderate amount wouldn't matter but a lot is too much. Plus, there were a few scenes that weren't funny. Yet, 30 Minutes Or Less proved to be a great heist comedy. I would recommend this movie to anyone that likes crime movies.
This is a movie my grandchildren really wanted to see. With this economy, going to the theater is no longer an option. Out of curiosity, I went online to see the cost of purchasing a DVD copy of the movie. Wal Mart not only had the best product price but also the best shipping price! Service was really quick too! The movie was delivered almost before I had time to call and tell them it was on the way! THANK YOU WALMART!
This movie looks excellent in 3D! The film has a lot of interesting detail... and the plot, which involves going beyond fear (because of love and compassion), is interesting and intelligent. This movie is perfect for both children and adults. There is always something interesting going on... and the movie has a lot of cool musical elements entwined within. It is tastefully executed and is well worth purchasing. It is one of those films that one can watch again and again!
Im the assistant to the regional manager at a small paper company. I purchased this movie for movie monday, a lot of my fellow employees enjoyed superbad, so i figured theyd like this since its made by the director of it. Its an abomination.
The movie starts with a bang but ends with a fizzle. You can get lost in the story line in the middle of the film (nap time). There is rush of excitement toward the end of movie, but it quickly fizzles again.
Jesse Eisenberg, in the main role, enhances the film again and again with his comic timing and ability to nail the part of a sheltered ingnu with an incipient rebel streak. It might be dodgy merchandise, but he sells it all the same.
