What our shoppers say:
Solid, well made product
I bought this table to help with some pain and nerve inflammation problems I'm having due to a bulging disk in my neck. This table is built well and will support up to 300lbs. It's easy to put together with just the tools supplied in the hardware package, but if you have metric sockets and wrenches, use those instead. It took me about an hour to assemble all the parts and pieces. Also it's on the heavy side, so if you are in a little pain or have trouble handling bulky boxes by yourself, get some help unloading this when you bring it home. I haven't used it enough to know if it will help my situation, but I can say I feel a little better after each use.
Helps reduce back stress; promotes blood circulation; increases body flexibility; relaxes the overall body

Work great.
I've owned one of these tables before and sold it to one of my sons and he loves it, I missed it for it really helps the back so I bought another one and this one I will not part with. So that says it all.
This table is an excellent massage table for Beginner or Professional alike. Folds up easily, and is portable for transport or storage as needed. Very stable for use.
I use this as a therapy aid for my 78 year old mother to do her level sit ups, upright touch her toes and inverted blood flow and breathing exercises. She would not have the balance to do these without the leg clamps and locking positions. Safely helps strengthen her back and core for better balance and mobility in chair exits and walking.\n\nThe machine is finely balanced to your height and I enjoy a controlled teeter toter without using any locks, traveling through the full range of motion in slow, controlled, repeated motion primarily with core muscles.
Helps reduce back stress by relieving pressure on vertebrae discs and ligaments
Reduces fatigue and relaxes the body overall

Isolates abdominal muscles more effectively than bench training

Great features
What a great piece of equipment for the price. I would have liked to get a better back board but the one it came with is fine. Just a but noisy when doing ab exercises. It's very strong and sturdy and easy to use. It's fairly easy to assemble just take your time (I put the back board on upside down). It is heavy, though. I was glad I had it shipped home. It doesn't fold completely flat and definitely will not fit under a bed. I am very happy over all with my purchase through. This unit has great features that are easy to use and helps you get a good work out as well as helping your back feel better.
I am very pleased both with this table and its delivery since it was planned to arrive on December 27 with free ground shipping but I received it on December 22, just in time for Christmas!\nThe table looks great and sturdier in reality than on the picture. I have used it several times since I received it.\nAs mentioned in other customers comments. despite being 5.2, I have to set up the table to 5.4 (2 inches above my height) to come back up more easily after inverting.\nAs far as the infrared unit, it works perfectly fine but my only regret is that it does not cover the entire table. It mainly covers 2\/3 of it from the bottom up so even when being \"horizontal\", the infrared only covers my lower back up to under my shoulder blades, and when inverting, I slightly slide further away from the infrared area. Maybe because I am petite lol!\nStill, great investment so far!

Great novice table
Got this as a gift for my wife to give her massages. Trying to use a bed or couch was difficult and really hard on my back. We both commented on how sturdy it was. Super solid. A little heavy, but I only need to move it back and forth from the closet. It eve came with a carry bag. All accessories fit nicely inside and you cant beat the value of this with the heated massage pad. My wife loved it, what a great touch. A professional feeling setup for under 200 bucks. Highly recommended.
The inversion table has met our expectations, the heating pad is great and helps greatly, Walmart shipped the product the same day we ordered it and we received the next day
This table seems pretty sturdy. It held my husband's weight, which is 220 pounds. The padding thick and comfortable. The face rest mechanism is poorly designed and will not hold much pushing down pressure from the face, so it is pretty useless I feel. But I have read that the head rests on most of these portable tables are similarly weak in structure. The arm rest also came out of the box with a small tear in the vinyl. I didn't want to go through all the trouble of returning it. I will just put a piece of red duct tape over it. For amateur use or to use as an exercise table, this table is just fine.

No customer support from source
I tried desperately to reach the Ironman folks in Longmont, CO because: 1. There was no place on the computer display unit to plug in the power supply. 2. The fit of the seat post to the main frame is so tight that one cannot adjust it up and down. 3. The assembly tool is inadequate for assembling the seat to the seat post. Fortuneately I have tools or it could not have been done.\nI called the customer service number on the owner's manual and found the number disconnected. I called directory assistance to get a number. No listing. I tried to reach them at theeeeeeeeir listed website and was stopped by a request for user name and password. Where would I get that? WalMart should NOT do businnes with companies who do NOT support their products.\nObviusly this darn thing is being returned to WalMart.
