What our shoppers say:
I've been using HP Ink cartridges for over 15 years now and they have always worked as advertized!!\nNever had a problem. My first ones cost $8.25. Now they are over $45.00. You can thank the Miss aligned Government for this!!
I have found the quality of HP products to be superior to the rest, but... My 2-star-deduction complaint is in how they set up their machines to REQUIRE their customers to buy only HP ink cartridges, which are priced ridiculously high comparatively. If another brand is used, the HP printer will begin screaming early on that the cartridge needs to be replaced. What irks me more is when their HP machines totally refuse to print ANYTHING, and even refuse to FINISH the page it is printing, because the cartridge MUST BE REPLACED WITH A GENUINE HP CARTRIDGE! (Supposedly to protect and preserve the machine, but we all know they are just greedy.) (Every time I have to battle with my printer when it's requiring that I remove a perfectly full cartridge, I become more determined that I will NEVER BUY HP AGAIN!!! I've also noticed that a person gets more mileage buying two of the cheaper cartridges vs one of the XL cartridges, because of the tendency of the machines to insist the cartridge is \"empty\" when in fact it is still over half full. Frustratingly wasteful and even unethical to say the least.
