A couple months ago in July I bought two tubes, one for my front tire and the other for my rear tire on my 26 in. mountain bike. I always thought Hutchinson tubes were good, but I'm never buying one again. These \"Hutchinson\" tubes are not authentic Hutchinson tubes, they are made by a company called Todson. If you want authentic Hutchinson tubes, which are in a different style of box, you will need to go to a bike shop or order from Hutchinson themselves.\n\nThese things were installed in July. A few weeks ago (it is now August of the same year) the tube got a puncture. That wasn't the tube's fault. I had the inner tube out of the tire to try and find the puncture, and found it. But I also felt air rushing out of another spot.\n\nI found the other spot and there was about 5 cracks in the tube. The tube looked as if it was about to split in two. I was going to patch the puncture and be done with it, but now I have to throw a 3-month old tube away due to it being defective. I hardly ever ride the bike, and when I do I make sure the tires are pumped up to about 40 PSI, when the tire recommends 50 PSI. So, now I have to check the front tube (same tube, purchased at same time at same store) to make sure it isn't about to blow. I recommend staying away from Hutchinson (I mean Todson) tubes. If you want a Hutchinson tube, buy directly from them or from a bike shop. Another tip is to stay away from tubes with SLIME in them, they can be nasty.\n\nPros: Heavy rubber\nCons: Very cheaply made, wore out in 2 months.\nI do NOT recommend this tube to anyone.
It is hard to find 24 inch tubes in stock at most stores. My wife rides a 24 inch aluminum frame bike because she is so short. I ordered these to be delivered to my home from Walmart. They were delivered very fast. When I took one of the tubes out of the box, I noticed that it was thicker than most of the tubes that I had bought for her bike. They were advertised thicker, but sometimes you just can't believe that! This time it was true. They fit well in the tire. I am well pleased with this product!

What our shoppers say:
Great tire when there $16
I recently purchased a pair of these tires to put on my 1999 year mountain bike to turn it into a \"speed cruiser\". I paid $16+ tax purchased online and picked up at the store a couple hours later.\nGreat tire at that price but since there up to $21 now I would probably go with CST Cyclops 2.4 size since there now cheaper.
