Love this movie. Follows the "love stories" of several characters - romantic love, brotherly love, puppy love, love-after-an-affair love, secret admirer love, etc. Shows us that "love actually is all around". Also love the music and songs in this movie. I wish that Wal-mart sold the soundtrack.
Anthony Hopkins at what he does best.\nMy Mama loved this movie.\nShe loves to watch English culture and this film has it all!\nPlus there is the bonus movie as well..so kept her occupied for a good long few hours.
Sense and Sensibility by the BBC is a good rendition of the new Film from US. I liked it's similarities, and without big stars, you really take more heed in the story than in costuming and acting. It becomes more of a story. The US version is very good also, but the BBC version is more explanatory.
How can you go wrong with Sandra Bullock! By buying it at WalMart site to store. I went to Randleman, NC WalMart to pick up my order. I located the site to store pickup location, pushed the button to summons help and waited and waited and waited. I could see 5-6 employees huddled up in the storage area so I slapped my hand on the counter - they looked but continued to ignore me. I yelled \" You have a customer out here\" and once again they looked, did not say a word and continued to ignore me. I went to the front and asked for the store manager. The assistant manager showed up and we went back to the pickup area and no one was around so the manager took care of getting my order. She said she was sorry this happened but she could not do anything about it. IF WALMART DOES NOT CHANGE IT'S WAYS AND LISTEN TO IT'S CUSTOMERS THEY WILL FALL. Right now is the perfect time for a new (or Target) retailer to rise up, Watmart is in a position to lose big time. If a new retailer would come on the scene and treat their employees and customers like owners they would wipe out Walmart. I hear it from people all the time - I hate Walmart but there is no where else to shop.
Hugh, what a stinker! Mediocre sit-com humour doesn't help an unoriginal premise and a star pairing with less believable chemistry than a pebble and another slightly smaller pebble. Where's a straight-to-video distributor when you need one?
An epic, genre-hopping, unique adventure that effectively shoe-horns six films into one...Cloud Atlas achieves that rarest of all things for a film this big: it is engaging and consistently entertaining as well as providing brain food.
Breathtaking in scope, imagination and actors flow from one era to another...3 hours is long, but plan to take a break and watch how you and those around will too forget the time and bbe swept away but the sheer madnatude of this PROJECT. Be sure to see the extras on the DVD.
In my opinion, it's one of the best movies recently, It's a great story, very touching, if you like movies that will have you thinking and keep you interested, this might be a movie for you, I like to say it is very similar to Shutter Island and Inception, two movies I loved as well!
I had high hopes for this movie as it was recommended by my grandson.\nIt was nothing but a garbled mess that led to nothing in particular. It was\nalso obvious that I would have to see it several times over to understand\nwhat was happening! I never did come to any conclusion! If this is what\nyounger people are watching there is no wonder they do not know what\ngoing on in the world today!
I thought I owned this movie and wanted to watch it with my niece while she was visiting me. She said her boyfriend said she was movie deprived and I thought it would be nice to start catching her up on some of my favorites, only to find I did not have this movie. I went to local Walmart and could not find it. Clerk recommended I purchase it on line. I went home that evening and ordered it and received it quickly, in time to enjoy with her. thank you Walmart for being there for me.
