This is not difficult to install, but you will have to cut drywall very carefully to match the specs. Quality of the unit itself is pretty good and my wife is happy with it. Be prepared to buy some good screws since the ones that came with mine were so weak the heads snapped off with almost no torque applied. There's nothing wrong with the unfinished oak, but you might want to consider staining it and applying a coat of polyurethane afterwards. All in all this is a good product for the money.
If you search for this identical product, you will find prices twice this high! There was no noticeable smell as the other reviewer mentioned. Yes, the hardware is poor. I added some jute string to hold the lid at slightly more than 90 degrees when open to aid the hardware. I'm very happy with my purchase. Very stylish.
I like the ironing surface made out of whatever it's made out of - it's not metal. I imagine it can break, however. I'll have to be careful. When I first got it, it had been so long since I'd used a big ironing board that I had forgotten you have to push in the lever in the middle to put the legs down and I tried several ways to get those legs down. (It didn't have instructions with it. Guess they thought any moron could figure it out. This one didn't). I made the mistake of forcing and heard a crackling sound, so that made me realize that although the surface is wonderful, it's not perfect, I'd better slow down. Well, the first time I used it, the iron just whizzed along. I like the curved legs, though I haven't had to use it while sitting down, but that's the reason for the curved legs and I love that feature. I'll have to sit and iron eventually. I really like this ironing board! I do recommend buying it. Just be sure to push in the lever - the legs will just drop down. Instructions are not available on that. ;-)

This little drawer chest was exactly what I needed for my husbands bathroom. Great size on top to hold all of his shaving stuff, hair brush etc. The build of it is sturdy. It doesnt wobble or move back and forth when you mess with it. The drawers arent as smooth opening as other regular wood drawers but it is a wicker product so I didnt expect them to open up as smoothly. It does have a slight bamboo smell to it (becuase of what it's made of) but him and I both like it. The drawers are also a good size and hold all of his misc. stuff that he doesnt want out. I do think that it is a bit pricey for the size of it, but I would say that it is still a good item.\nThe only thing i can say that is bad, is that in the photo up above the metal looks black, but in person it is more of a gray color.\nPS...it comes pre-assembled!
I was a bit hesitant to purchase this hamper because there were some unfavorable reviews. But, so far so good...my only issue is the size of the bags. They get pretty full pretty quick, but then again, I guess that helps with not letting the laundry pile up out of control. Overall, good buy...it also looks better in the bedroom than having a regular, smelly hamper.
