I purchased this garment rack for use in the laundry room to hang up items as they came out of the dryer. It was easily put together in about 10 minutes. I am looking forward to continued use for a long time.
I would give these a \"0\" rating if the system let me. They are terrible. They snap with the slightest bit of pressure. The hooks break off the top. I used these to hang just regular men's dress shirts (nothing heavy), and they snap when I try to pull the hangers off the rack. DO NOT BUY.
I read the reviews before purchasing this product, but somehow expected that the one I purchased would not have the same defects that others described. Well, just as someone else said, the handles are each like a shoelace knotted at each end, and the knots slip through the holes too easily. The first time I went to lift the case after loading it with wrap, the handle broke immediately. Despite multiple efforts to come up with workarounds to fix the handle, nothing seems to work, and I just have to lift the entire thing like a large box to move it from one location to the other.\n\nThis case does store large and small wrap nicely, but if you include even one large wrapping paper role, that renders one of the Velcro sectionals unusable. I don't mind, but it does make the whole thing less functional.\n\nDespite these two pretty major flaws, I needed something to organize my wrapping paper and accessories in a compact way, and I really do feel that this does the job. My quality of life is made better by the organization and not made significantly worse by the inconvenience resulting from bad product design. I should have purchased something with handles sewn on, but I did not want to pay more for the one at the container store. Or, I could have purchased the plastic bin, but I did not want something that would take up so much space.\n\nThis bag does the job, but I think it is overpriced for the quality.
Frustrated that I later found them much cheaper...
These are durable - I can hang 10 pairs of my yoga pants\/sleep pants\/comfy pants just by putting two pairs of pants on one swinging arm (and utilizing the non-swinging bottom). Picking them up while already in store was convenient. BUT, at about 7something bucks each, I was frustrated to later find them online for under $5 each with shipping (and that retailer had hangers of all kinds, most of which WM doesn't carry).
It was easy to assemble and has adequate hanging space for clothes and storage for shoes. Really perfect for the room that doesn't have an official closet in it.
Looked good out of the box, only been in service for a week, cannot rate serviceability yet. Great value for the price and was just what I was expecting the hangers to be.
Have not had long, but so far the hangers are strong and can be used to hang just about anything! The clips for pants, etc can be moved and so far are stronger than others I've used.
This shelving unit fits in my small closet. I am using it as book storage. I have probably close to 200 books on it.\nMy only complaint is that I had to line the shelves with cardboard so the wire did not press into the books. But I knew I would have to do this when I bought it.
the metal\/chrome part of the wheel just broke off after using it once. Walmart took it back and I ordered another one because I LOVE the appearance. I have a smaller one I bought from elsewhere 7 years ago and it's still great. It's SO STRANGE that the METAL part of the wheel would break...\nI really hope the metal part of the wheel doesn't break because I love the look !!!

What our shoppers say:
Poorly Made Product
I needed a new cart since I broke my old one in an accident. I picked this one because it looked large enough and cost almost as much as the old one. It arrived at my pickup destination after about a week. I had no trouble with picking up the cart even though I did not have my order number on hand.\n\nThat is where the good part of the experience ends. It didn't take me long to put together the cart since most of it is already attached. However, the cart folds in an odd way and it does not fold flat for easy storage. Also, the front wheels sometimes get stuck in place so it is difficult to move them back to the front. Also, the back wheels are wobbly since the bar to which you have to attach it is weak and it bent after only one use. The cart does not feel very sturdy and I get nervous about it breaking while I am using it.\n\nI would definitely not recommend this product for anyone. You can find a different rolling cart perhaps at a better price. This one is definitely not worth the money I spent.
I have to rave about Walmart.com customer service. My tree bag was delivered to the wrong address so I didn't get it. I contacted them and they sent me another one right away! I was so relieved as I am 74 and on a fixed income so every penny matters. I received my tree bag in just a couple days and also fixed the problem with FedEx so it won't happen again. Great companies Walmart and FedEx. Thanks to both of them. I am a happy lady (and so is my Christmas tree:)
