Targeted at the young, male audience who enjoyed 300 and Conan the Barbarian, Immortals delivers in similar fashion. I couldn't help but wish the story had been better told
Without any narrative heft, these sights don't last in the mind much longer than they linger on screen. And yet they thrill in short-lived bursts that Singh doles out carefully, keeping pace with the audience's appetite.
First, be warned that the \"The Tudors\" is for adult viewing. The series contains MUCH sexual content, violence, profanity, nudity, blood and gore. However, this is a truly addictive series not only for the beauty of the scenery and costumes, but for its historic content; not for the faint of heart.\n\nFinally, we get to learn more about Henry VIII, his wives, children, lovers and empire.\n\nThe cast is wonderful, the actors are superb. You won't be disappointed in the series or the Wal-Mart price, which is about one-half of the cost elsewhere.
