This product EXCEEDS my expectations!!! I've been disabled since birth & tore my ACL in 2007. I had surgery for it in 2008, but I guess due to that & my advancing age, I have constant aching in my knees, that's gotten much worse, to the point I'm in tears sometimes. I read that fish oil is not only good for your heart health, but also for your joints. I can't BEGIN to tell you the DIFFERENCE in my knees since I began taking this fish oil! I can walk my dog & go up & down my steps WITHOUT PAIN! I feel like I could run a race right now!!! I'll definitely continue to take these & have told all my family & friends to try them if they're having similar difficulties.
I take 3 capsules a day and have for over a year. I have a lot of joint pain and notice a significant drop in the pain plus my skin is no longer dry. Ran out of this product just once - went about three weeks without it and was so very sorry I did because I was miserable. Great product - I will never stop taking it.
Price cannot be beat for this product. Although it is a larger type pill, it is a soft gel and easy to swallow. It is not any bigger than a multi vitamin. You only take 1 a day vs. some CoQ10's that recommend 2 or 3 per day.
I have bought this product for many years, but they recently changed the formula to lower the amount of different B vitamins, now I will have to look somewhere else for my B complex.
Circulation & heart health are my primary reasons for using this supplement every morning. My blood pressure is exceptional at 50 years of age. I've been taking it for many years but have only began ordering online since I cannot find on the store shelf any longer. Always sold out!

I love Spring Valley products that do not have toxins like Titanium Dioxide. Once I realized this product had titanium dioxide I returned it with no problem to my local store and purchased their ALA, which does not contain titanium dioxide.
Everyone knows what an important supplement CoQ10 is and to be able to buy them at Walmart makes it even better - not only am I helping my health but I am helping my wallet just the same. No one has an 80 ct pack of CoQ10 as cheap as Walmart - Quality and Price that's my kind of shopping...
I only take 2 of these twice a week since the recommended dose is only 100mcgs. I do not have heart problems at all. I am exercising now and wanted something to help with heart function. It also heps fight free radicals. I also take a prescript vitamin D right now and its a HIGH dose...so protecting my heart by taking these is what I decided to do. I had Few reasons to take these but have not had any side effects. Again I only take twice a week.
This product was bought because my Doctor wanted me to take it. I have used Fish Oil for about 5 years. I picked the brand name because it was a twin pack and a reasonable price.
I bought this because I read that the gel-pills are not as effective as the raw liquid oil. The taste is great and the price is hard to beat. I purchased a small measuring glass that looks like a shot glass at the same time I bought this oil to make taking this a little easier.
One per day means one soft gel daily, NOT 2!\nItem Description\n(With every TWO soft gels you take, 720 mg of Omega-3s are delivered throughout your body). 720 mg divided by 2 means that one soft gel only delivers 360 mg of omega 3.\nWalmart does not allow you to read the label on the reverse side of the bottle where the supplement facts are listed. Is this just a Walmart typo? Could be, but I will not purchase until corrected.
The combination of the B's and the Vitamin C & Zinc are Terrific! I've avoided a cold/flu on this... while the rest of the family had a cold or flu two different times. You can't pry this out of my hands! HA
